How to Order

1 :: Select a bag style and colour

Select a Bag Style and Color from our product pages and Contact Us to get a price.

Some things to consider when choosing the perfect bag :
- what the bag will contain when given out?
- the general age and gender of the recipients of the bag?
- the intended use and marketing reach when reused?
- whether the bag will be given away, sold at a profit or offered as an incentive to purchase up to a certain amount?

2 :: Send us your artwork by email, together with your delivery address and full contact details

Your artwork can be supplied in PDF, Illustrator or other Vector file format.

Please submit your artwork with the size and position on the bag you would like.

For example : logo to be 22cm wide, centred on the front of the bag, also add what colors(s) you want for the printing.

If you do not have a Pantone reference available you can match your colour with our online Pantone Chart.

We will check your artwork and will contact you if we foresee any problems with printing it.

If you need assistance to get your artwork print-ready, we're happy to help. Our design service is charged at 95.00 per hour + local taxes.

3 :: Check your order confirmation and remit the 50% deposit to confirm your order

You will receive an order confirmation with a mock-up of your bag showing your logo sized and positioned according to your instructions.

Please check the order confirmation carefully, as any changes made after this stage will incur an additional charge of 140.00 + local taxes to re-make print screens.

4 :: Approve the photo of your bag as a pre-production sample

Approximately 2 weeks after you confirm your order we will email you a photo of your finished bag as a pre-production sample.

If you prefer to receive an actual sample this is no problem but does add a week to the total lead time. Most customers are happy to approve from the photo.

Any changes to your artwork at this stage will incur a charge of 140.00 + local taxes to make new print screens.

After you approve the photo of your bag by return email. We will then proceed with full production.

5 :: Delivery

After you approve your bag, you can expect delivery in about 8-12 weeks.

The bags are made off-shore and adequate production, shipping and customs clearance time needs to be allowed. From June to November please allow an additional 2 weeks.

An example of our production timeframe :
> Weeks 1-2 :: order confirmation and preparation of pre-production sample
> Weeks 3-5 :: production of bags
> Weeks 6-9 :: shipping by sea
> Weeks 10-12 :: port arrival, customs clearance, delivery

Please Contact Us if you need super-quick delivery and we can arrange air freight at an additional cost.

6 :: Delivery and payment options

Delivery is charged at cost and will vary according to the quantity of bags ordered and the delivery area.

Payment Terms.

A deposit of 50% is required to proceed with the order. The 50% balance is due 7 days prior to delivery.
